HOW TO USE A PROMO CODE

To use a promo code, simply pick the model and trim that you're interested in, personalise it the way you like and then go to the Order Summary page by clicking Continue. On the Order Summary page, you'll see a box labelled ADD A PROMO CODE. Simply add the code you've been given into this box and then click on the Apply button to receive the discount.

Note - only one valid Promo Code can be applied to an Order. 

14 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

Notification of return must be sent via email to onlinesales@vauxhall.co.uk with intent to cancel within 14 full days of vehicle handover and vehicle returned within 4 days of the notification. 1. HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER ONLINE?

This website allows you to order your brand new Vauxhall online.

Start off by picking a model and then personalising it the way you like it, including choosing your favourite colour, engine, interior trim and additional options.

When you're happy with your vehicle, it's time to calculate your finance deal, where you can set your deposit amount, agreement duration and annual mileage to suit your needs. Please note, this website only offers the ability to calculate a finance deal with Personal Contract Purchase (PCP). If you're interested in a different finance option, your local Vauxhall Retailer will be happy to help.

Once you're happy with your finance deal, we'll ask you to create a MyVauxhall account so that you can save everything, and then select a Vauxhall Retailer who will fulfil your order.

After that, we'll hand you over to Vauxhall Finance where you can do an online finance application and get a real-time decision. For this you'll need to have your driving license, bank information, employment history and address history to hand. If your finance application is successful, you'll receive an email from Vauxhall Finance confirming the good news and asking you to finalise your order online.

Once you complete your order online, you'll receive an email from us with all of the details and next steps.

And that's it! The whole process should take between 20 and 30 minutes.

2. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I COMPLETE MY ORDER ONLINE?

Once you've completed your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email with details of all of your selections and information of what will happen next. 

Straight away we'll get to work on processing your order, including arranging it for delivery to your selected Retailer if it's in stock, or building the vehicle if we don't have anything in stock that matches your selections.

Once we've processed your order, the Vauxhall Online Sales Team will give you a call to confirm the latest status of your order and expected timelines for delivery. 

Once the vehicle has been built and has arrived at your selected Retailer, you'll receive an email from Vauxhall Finance inviting you to sign your finance contract online. 

As soon as your finance contract has been signed, your selected Retailer will be in touch to collect your finance deposit and arrange a handover date that works for you.

3. WHAT IS PERSONAL CONTRACT PURCHASE (PCP)?

Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a way of financing a new vehicle purchase. You choose your deposit and term length, and have three choices at the end of your term.

Vauxhall Finance will calculate an Optional Final Payment before your contract begins, which is a guaranteed figure and therefore remains fixed throughout your term. This Optional Final Payment is a forecast of the vehicle’s worth at the end of your finance term, which takes into consideration factors like the age of the vehicle at the end of the term, and the estimated mileage that the vehicle would have done when it’s handed back.

When calculating your monthly payments, the Optional Final Payment is then deducted from the cost of the vehicle.

At the end of a PCP finance term, you have three options:

  • Go for a change. Part exchange your vehicle (where equity is available) for a different Vauxhall on a new plan
  • Keep your vehicle. Pay the optional final payment to own your vehicle 
  • Hand back your vehicle. If you dont want to keep your vehicle, you're free to return it at the end.

4. CAN I PART-EXCHANGE MY CURRENT VEHICLE WHEN I ORDER ONLINE?

The valuation provided for your current vehicle on this website is given as an indication only and isn't included in your online order.

If you'd like to part-exchange your vehicle, your local Vauxhall Retailer will be happy to help. You can send your valuation request here.

5. IF I ORDER MY VEHICLE ONLINE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

During your online journey, we will show you an indicative lead time to build the vehicle you've personalised. However, we do have stock of certain vehicles and may be able to offer you an earlier handover if that is convenient.

6. I'VE MADE MY SELECTIONS BUT DON'T WANT TO ORDER ONLINE, HOW CAN I ORDER WITH MY RETAILER?

If you'd like to share the vehicle you've personalised with your local Retailer so that you can finish your order in person, please contact us on 0345 111 7711 or via email at salesenquiries@vauxhallinfo.co.uk and we can pass through all of the detail of your selections to your local Vauxhall Retailer. 

7. WHAT HAPPENS AS PART OF THE FINANCE APPLICATION PROCESS?

Once you've confirmed that you're happy with all of your vehicle and finance selections, we'll pass you over to Vauxhall Finance to do a real-time finance application. As part of this you'll need to have your driving license, bank information, employment history and address history to hand. As part of the finance application process, Vauxhall Finance will run a credit search based on the information provided. This search will be visible to future lenders on your credit report.

Vauxhall Finance will notify you via email of their decision to your finance application, and if approved, you'll be invited to confirm your vehicle order online.

8. WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT MY ONLINE ORDER?

9. CAN I GET MY CAR DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS?

10. WHEN TRYING TO START MY FINANCE APPLICATION, I WAS GIVEN A "LINK EXPIRED" MESSAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For security, the Finance Application link expires after a certain period of time. When you see a message saying "Link Expired", please check your email as Vauxhall Finance will send you a new access link. The new access link is valid for 5 minutes. If you can't see the email from Vauxhall Finance, please check your spam folder.
