Notification of return must be provided to the supplying Retailer within 14 full days of vehicle handover and vehicle returned within 4 days of the notification. Other than any fair wear and tear, the Vehicle must be returned as per original conditions to qualify for the offer with all keys, loose items and V5. The deposit will be held until V5 returned. Vehicle must be returned by the customer to supplying retailer. Upon return vehicle cannot have any charges or claims from any third party against it. You must not have made a previous purchases under the 14 Day Return Guarantee in relation to any vehicle in the preceding 12 months from the date of a proposed purchases. Available on Vauxhall Online Store only. Delivery will be made only to your home address, which must be the same as the billing address on your finance agreement. There is no charge applied for home delivery. Delivery will be carried out only by your nearest Vauxhall Retailer. Excludes Highlands, some Scottish postcodes, Islands and Northern Ireland. Your Retailer will drive your vehicle to your home address. Please note that the mileage of the vehicle on delivery will include the delivery miles. Your Retailer will only deliver your new vehicle to the person named as the customer in the order acknowledgement.

Every vehicle on the Vauxhall Store is displayed with an anticipated delivery window. This is a forecast based on our current production capacity and is subject to change, but is included to give you an idea of when you could expect to receive your new Vauxhall. Working with the Vauxhall Retailer network, we will ensure all of our customers are kept up to date regarding the status of their new vehicle orders.

This website allows you to order your brand new Vauxhall online.

Start off by picking a model and then personalising it the way you like it, including choosing your favourite colour, engine, interior trim and additional options.

When you are happy with your vehicle, and it is time to calculate your finance deal, where you have two options, Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) or Conditional Sale (CS). For PCP you can set you deposit amount, agreement duration and annual mileage to suit your needs, with the option to buy the vehicle at the end or hand it back. For CS you can set your deposit amount, agreement duration, but you will not need to specific your annual mileage, and you will own the vehicle at the end. If you're interested in a difference finance option, your local Vauxhall Retailer will be happy to help. 

Once you're happy with your finance deal, we'll ask you to create a MyVauxhall account so that you can save everything, and then select a Vauxhall Retailer who will fulfil your order.

After that, we'll hand you over to Stellantis Financial Services where you can do an online finance application and get a real-time decision. For this you'll need to have your driving license, bank information, employment history and address history to hand. If your finance application is successful, you'll receive an email from Vauxhall Finance confirming the good news and asking you to finalise your order online.

Once you complete your order online, you'll receive an email from us with all of the details and next steps.

And that's it! The whole process should take between 20 and 30 minutes.

Once you've completed your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email with details of all of your selections and information of what will happen next. 

Straight away we'll get to work on processing your order, including arranging it for delivery to your selected Retailer if it's in stock, or building the vehicle if we don't have anything in stock that matches your selections.

Once we've processed your order, the Vauxhall Online Sales Team will give you a call to confirm the latest status of your order and expected timelines for delivery. 

Once the vehicle has been built and has arrived at your selected Retailer, you'll receive an email from Vauxhall Finance inviting you to sign your finance contract online. 

As soon as your finance contract has been signed, your selected Retailer will be in touch to collect your finance deposit and arrange a handover date that works for you.

Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a way of financing a new vehicle purchase. You choose your deposit and term length, and have three choices at the end of your term. 

Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd will calculate an Optional Final Payment before your contract begins, which is a guaranteed figure and therefore remains fixed throughout your term. This Optional Final Payment is a forecast of the vehicle’s worth at the end of your finance term, which takes into consideration factors like the age of the vehicle at the end of the term, and the estimated mileage that the vehicle would have done when it’s handed back. 

When calculating your monthly payments, the Optional Final Payment is then deducted from the cost of the vehicle. 

At the end of a PCP finance term, you have three options:

  • Go for a change. Part exchange your vehicle (where equity is available) for a different Vauxhall on a new plan. 
  • Keep your vehicle. Pay the optional final payment to own your vehicle.
  • Hand back your vehicle. If you don't want to keep your vehicle, you're free to return it at the end.

Conditional Sale is the typical option to purchase your vehicle in lower instalments rather than all at once. You will usually need to pay a deposit up front to purchase the car, and your monthly instalments are fixed throughout the term of the contract. After you have made your final payment, ownership will automatically pass directly to you.

What happens at the end of my agreement?

After you have made your final payment you will be the owner of your car. You do not need to make any additional steps, ownership will automatically transfer to you.

The valuation provided for your current vehicle on this website is given as an indication only and isn't included in your online order.

During your online journey, we will show you an indicative lead time to build the vehicle you've personalised. However, we do have stock of certain vehicles and may be able to offer you an earlier handover if that is convenient.

Once you've confirmed that you're happy with all of your vehicle and finance selections, we'll pass you over to Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd to do a real-time finance application. As part of this you'll need to have your driving license, bank information, employment history and address history to hand. As part of the finance application process, Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd will run a credit search based on the information provided. This search will be visible to future lenders on your credit report.

Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd will notify you via email of their decision to your finance application, and if approved, you'll be invited to confirm your vehicle order online.

                 ● We will provide the Credit as a one-off account credit on your electricity account and only once you’ve successfully switched to the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, and made your first direct debit payment. Please note that switching to the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff may take some time, and will depend on whether you are already an Octopus Energy customer, and whether you already have a smart meter installed.

                                      ○ If during the process it is discovered that it is not feasible for you to have a compatible smart meter installed which means you are not able to switch to the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, we will provide you with the amount of credit offered as if you had switched to this tariff, on your Octopus Energy electricity account. The credit amount will be £175.

              ● If the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff rate changes, your credit will remain the same, but the cost to charge your EV will vary.
