Frequently asked questions

Available on Vauxhall Online Store only. Delivery will be made only to your home address, which must be the same as the billing address on your finance agreement. There is no charge applied for home delivery. Delivery will be carried out only by your nearest Vauxhall Retailer. Excludes Highlights, some Scottish postcodes, Islands and Northern Ireland. Your Retailer will drive your vehicle to your home address. Please note that the mileage of the vehicle on delivery will include the delivery miles. Offer available on new orders completed on the Vauxhall Store. Vauxhall Motors Limited reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw the offer at any point in time.

The Vauxhall Store currently doesn't provide a valuation for your current vehicle within the online ordering process.

What is PCP?


Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a way of financing a new vehicle purchase. You choose your deposit and term length, and have three choices at the end of your term.

Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd will calculate an Optional Final Payment before your contract begins, which is a guaranteed figure and therefore remains fixed throughout your term. This Optional Final Payment is a forecast of the vehicle’s worth at the end of your finance term, which takes into consideration factors like the age of the vehicle at the end of the term, and the estimated mileage that the vehicle would have done when it’s handed back.

When calculating your monthly payments, the Optional Final Payment is then deducted from the cost of the vehicle.

At the end of a PCP finance term, you have three options:

  • Go for a change. Part exchange your vehicle (where equity is available) for a different Vauxhall on a new plan.
  • Keep your vehicle. Pay the optional final payment to own your vehicle.
  • Hand back your vehicle. If you don't want to keep your vehicle, you're free to return it at the end.

What is Conditional Sale?
Conditional Sale is the typical option to purchase your vehicle in lower instalments rather than all at once. You will usually need to pay a deposit up front to purchase the car, and your monthly instalments are fixed throughout the term of the contract. After you have made your final payment, ownership will automatically pass directly to you.

Why choose Conditional Sale?

  • Spread payments for the vehicle for up to 60 months on cars and commercial vehicles.
  • You own the car after you make the final payment.
  • No limits on the miles you can drive, therefore no mileage excess.
  • What happens at the end of my agreement?
After you have made your final payment you will be the owner of your car. You do not need to make any additional steps, ownership will automatically transfer to you.

Government Electric Car Grant

**The Government Electric Car Grant of £1,500 (the “Grant”) is not exclusive to Vauxhall and is provided by the UK government. The following new Vauxhall vehicles are eligible for the Grant: Corsa Electric, Mokka Electric, Frontera Electric, Grandland Electric, Astra Electric, & Astra Sports Tourer Electric (the “Qualifying Vehicles”).
The Grant is available at the point of order to private retail customers who are UK residents only. It applies to the Qualifying Vehicles, ordered from 16 July 2025. The Grant will be deducted from the on-the-road Manufacturer Recommended Retail Price (“MRRP”) of the Qualifying Vehicles at the point of order and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other retail offer unless explicitly stated.
Eligibility for the Grant is determined by the UK government. You can view the eligibility criteria here: https://www.gov.uk/plug-in-car-van-grants. It is the responsibility of the retailer to verify that the customer meets the eligibility requirements set by the UK government. If eligible, the retailer will apply for the Grant on the customer’s behalf.

0% Personal Contract Purchase

Personal Contract Purchase. Offer subject to availability, on selected models at participating retailers only. 0% APR finance requires a 20% minimum deposit. Frontera Hybrid, Astra MY25 BEV and PHEV, Astra MY26 and Grandland BEV, PHEV and Griffin are excluded. Finance subject to status. T&Cs and exclusions apply. Applicants must be 18+.
